Send us your waist and hip measurements and we'll adjust the cut of most styles — taken in, let out, or cut between sizes. Best for pieces in our lace essentials range.
COLOUR
Seen a style you love but want it in another shade from our lace library? For most styles we can swap the colour — subject to the lace being in stock
SETS
Any top with any bottom, packed as one set, in one box, at a set price. Pick the pieces yourself or tell us the occasion and we'll build it.
GIFTING
A hand-tied ribbon in your colour, a handwritten note in your words, and nothing on the packaging that gives it away. We can ship straight to the person you're surprising.
GROUPS
Bridal parties, bachelorette weekends, photo shoots. Five pieces or more, mixed styles and sizes, one order, matched ribbons, shipped together

How It Works

01 — TELL US
Email us with the style, what you'd like changed, and your measurements if it's a size request. A phone photo of your notes is fine — we read them the same day.
02 — WE QUOTE
Within two working days you'll have a straight answer: yes or no, the price, and the timeline. If it's not possible, we'll say so and suggest the closest thing that is.
03 — WE MAKE IT
Once you approve, it goes into the next cut. You'll get photos before it ships, tracking when it leaves, and plain packaging either way.

What We Can't Do

We can't copy another brand's design. Send us a photo of our own work and we'll adjust it — but not someone else's.
We can't work from guesses. "About a medium" isn't a measurement. If you're unsure how to measure, ask — we'll send you a one-minute guide.
We can't rush lace. Custom orders take ten to twenty-one days depending on the work. If your event is sooner, tell us the date first and we'll be honest about whether it fits.
We can't accept returns on made-to-measure pieces — they're cut for one person. If we've made an error, we'll remake it. That's the deal, and it's a fair one.

FAQ

Does custom cost more?
Usually, yes — size adjustments typically add 15–30% to the piece, and colour changes depend on minimums. You'll see the exact price before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Stock pieces ship in 1–3 days. Custom work takes 10–21 days from your approval, depending on the change.
Can I return a custom order?
Made-to-measure pieces can't be returned — that's the trade-off of a piece cut for one person. Stock pieces ordered as part of a custom set follow our normal return policy.
Can you match a colour to a photo?
We'll send swatch photos before cutting, but screens lie about colour. If the exact shade matters, ask for our lace swatch set and we'll post you the real thing.
What's the minimum for a group order?
Five pieces, mixed styles and sizes. Group orders get matched ribbons and a single shipping charge.
Where do custom orders ship from, and do you ship worldwide?
Orders leave our workshop directly and we ship worldwide. Everything goes out in plain packaging — nothing on the outside says what's inside.
