2. What this Site is
Lunar Veil sells lingerie, sleepwear and related accessories directly to consumers. The Site is our own retail store. We are not a marketplace, we do not host third-party sellers, and we are the seller of every product listed.
3. Prices, currency and taxes
All prices are displayed in USD and are payable in that currency unless another currency is selected at checkout. Prices exclude sales taxes and import charges. Import duties, customs charges and import VAT levied by your country are payable by the recipient on delivery. We do not collect these charges at checkout.
4. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fibre composition, measurements and construction. Colours are reproduced as faithfully as our photography and your screen allow; slight variation between a screen image and the physical fabric is normal and is not a defect. Where a product is made in small batches, minor variation between pieces of the same style is a characteristic of small-run production, not a fault.
5. Age restriction
This Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — photographs, illustrations, product descriptions, brand name, logo and page design — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Use of our images for resale listings, dropshipping or training commercial models is not permitted.
7. Content and third-party links
We are responsible for our own content. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. AI-generated imagery
Some images on this Site are generated or edited using artificial intelligence. The garment depicted is our real product; AI is used to show it on a model or in a styled scene where we do not have a photographic equivalent. We do not use AI imagery to alter the design, colour or construction of a garment. Full details are set out in our AI Content Disclosure.
9. Liability
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear.
10. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, except where the law of your country of residence requires it.
