1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Xi'an Jiankeying Trading Co., Ltd., Room 1405-C100, Chuanghai Building, Beichen Road, Weiyang District, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these terms.
2. Your order
An order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. If a product is unavailable, priced in error, or cannot be shipped to your address, we will cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors and never store your full card details. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may cancel the order.
4. Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from Xi'an, China. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and customs inspection may add time we cannot control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient where they apply.
5. Returns
Your rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Made-to-measure items
Where you ask us to cut or alter a garment to your measurements, the item is made to your specification. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, the statutory right to withdraw does not apply to such goods. We confirm measurements in writing before cutting.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation, not to scrape or bulk-copy its content, and not to submit false information when ordering.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays or natural events. Where delay is substantial, you may choose a later delivery or a refund.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Consumers in the EU or UK retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in their local courts.
